Xerox 3030

The Xerox 3030 was a "de-featured" version of the Xerox 3050. Xerox needed a one roll machine to compete effectively with new entries from other manufacturers. They chose to remove two of the three rolls from the 3050, slow down the print speed and exclude a number of t "bells and whistles. This is good solid Xerox analog technology, based on a proven print engine.

Xerox 3040

The 3040 is another of Xerox's attempts to "nich market." They have taken their premier analog machine, the 3050, de-featured the control panel and removed one roll. What they have ended up with is a two roll 3030 that is a bit faster.

Xerox 3050

The Xerox 3050 is without a doubt the best "analog medium volume, market segment" engineering copier ever made. Attractively designed with the end user in mind. This unit has multi-copy capability with reasonable speed, three rolls and enhancements like built in audit capability, which really works. Xerox took their time on this one and did it right. Initially a little "pricey" at introduction (traditional with Xerox), with price adjustments, it is became the best bang for the buck in the size for size, multi-copy segment. In recognition of the emergence of low end, digital scan to print machines, the 3050 has been "end of lifed." It remains one of the industries "heavy hitters" and as such it is in constant short supply.
